A. SITE ANALYSIS / UNDERSTANDING YOUR REQUIREMENTS / DEFINING MAJOR STAKES AND INTENTIONS
In each project we start with a quick analysis of the site’s physical and cultural context, (landscape, boundaries, views, micro-climate, nuisances, built and natural environment, history etc.) in order to capture the main characteristics and “spirit” of the place;
And through an understanding of your specific requirements, aspirations, your individual use of spaces, and budget; and also the T.P. regulations we bring out the major stakes and problematiques to which the new project will have to respond.
This phase is important as it gives information that will inspire, and nourish the ideas that will be unique to your project. And also allows to establish the main functional, aesthetical, and technical intentions based on which the plan and morphology of the building/s will start to take shape.

Then through quick sketching exploration, in close collaboration and discussions with you, we establish the main concept, and general arrangement, before we start developing the project in more detail.
In every project we seek to maximize what the site and location offers, to adjust and integrate the building into the
landscape and environment, to optimize spaces, with attention to detail. And quickly exploring through sketching various alternatives prior proposing you the one we consider as most efficient.
C.PROJECT DEVELOPEMENT UP TO DETAILS
GUIDING YOU STEP BY STEP
Once we have decided of the main concept and general arrangement , follows the development of the project in more depth and details, through the Auhtorities approval and up to the construction detailed drawings.
Our approach consists of a progressive evolution from the general to the detailed, where you are guided step by step, and every phase is approved by you before we proceed to the next one.
Within our concern for sustainability we apply simple bioclimatic principles, to achieve thermal comfort and wellbeing for the living spaces we create. We propose the Passive House Design concept to our clients who wish to move to the next level of sustainability.
A design approach that offers highly environmental, and healthier interior spaces without necessarily increasing the project cost.
Through our process we see architecture as an artistic and efficient answer to a multidimensional problem, which integrates various parameters .A balance between aesthetics, functionality and technicality where constrains trigger creativity.
